City Montessori School, Rajendra Nagar I Primary Section, proudly organised its Investiture Ceremony 2026–27, celebrating the spirit of leadership, responsibility, and service among its young learners. The event was conducted with great enthusiasm and dignity, inspiring students to embrace their new roles with confidence and commitment.
The ceremony commenced with a warm welcome address, followed by the School Prayer and School Song, creating a solemn and inspiring atmosphere. The highlight of the programme was the Badge Distribution Ceremony, where the Chief Guest, Manjit Batra, conferred badges upon the newly elected members of the Primary Student Council. The young leaders proudly received their badges, symbolising the trust and responsibility bestowed upon them.
The newly elected council members then took the oath, pledging to uphold the values of discipline, honesty, integrity, and dedicated service while carrying out their responsibilities with sincerity. A significant moment of the ceremony was the symbolic handing over of the School Flag by the outgoing council to the newly elected office bearers, representing the smooth transition of leadership and the continuation of the school’s rich traditions.
Addressing the gathering, Senior Principal Jayashree Krishnan, Principal Khyati Lamba, and Headmistress Archana Gaur congratulated the newly elected student council members. They encouraged them to lead by example, uphold the school’s values, inspire their fellow students, and contribute positively towards the school’s growth and development.
The programme concluded with a group photograph featuring the newly elected council members, school leaders, and dignitaries, followed by the singing of the National Anthem, filling the atmosphere with pride and patriotism.
